She refers to many cases around the world being won after employers have acted unlawfully – “if [employers] have taken legal advice… then they wouldn’t be doing what they’re doing.”

This is a very revealing November 2021 US Senate panel presentation by Dr. Peter Doschi, Associate Professor of pharmaceutical health services research at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, and Senior Editor at the British Medical Journal. This was part of an Expert Panel on Covid-19 Vaccine Mandates and Injuries. It is short, only 5 minutes, and worth listening to every minute of it!

WRONG PLACE FOR VACCINATION

I am becoming increasingly concerned about the vaccination of children in schools. Not only are they being given flu vaccines but now young teenagers are to be given Covid 19 inoculations on site.
As all injections are a medical procedure involving penetration of the skin into blood / muscle, I feel that they should be done in a medical environment in case of a reaction such as anaphylaxis or fainting, for example.
How many medically qualified staff will be on hand, and will the school ensure a sterile or sanitised environment?
Who will take liability for the health and safety of the medical procedure?
Have the schools insurers agreed liability?
Where or with whom does the liability lie?
If people want their children to have an injection. shouldn’t this be booked in at their GP surgery?

With the ensuing controversy, conflicts of interests within the CDC, described as a federal agency managed by the US Department of Health and Human Services, have been brought to the surface...
When the brouhaha is over, however, the most important question, if it is ever put, remains unanswered: in a society which is gradually being taken over by corporations, especially in the field of health and drugs, how are we able to retain a sense of independent truth in the area of public health and how might we sanction criminal behaviour which puts profit before health and threatens the lives of – in this case – thousands of children? How is it possible for civil servants, doctors, regulators and corporate shills who pose as guardians of the public health, to slip away into the shadows without even being confronted with their lack of accountability? Finally, how do we erect a critique which can be used to stop the continuation of this criminal behaviour? What are its component parts?
This chapter is unable to answer each of these questions but in outlining the particular circumstance in which the UK vaccine regulatory body, the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), like the US CDC, is driven and affected by obvious vested interests, it hopes to make readers aware of the immense problems that stand in the way of promoting, firstly, social debate and, secondly, independent and honestly promoted science in the field of vaccination...

What is happening?? Why are so many falling for the mass hysteria?
There are two key elements, one noted in the review of the excellent book, ‘A State of Fear‘, under the <Fearless Speech> tab, in which the author describes government psychologists admitting to using fear, regularly hammered in, to manipulate the public into compliance; the second key is the use of the mass media – through television, social media, papers – day in, day out pushing the fear of the virus, and when deaths don’t match the message, then it’s the threat of a new variant…

6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?
Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:
1. You confirm that I will suffer no harm.2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?
