BREAKING: Federal Judge Issues Preliminary Injunction Blocking Physician Gag Order Law in California
January 2023 – Good news from California, as reported by Aaron Kheriaty, MD in his substack column, and also by Children’s Health Defence who with Chief Litigation Counsel Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. filed the challenge from their California chapter.
Kennedy said CHD’s efforts are not limited to the California law. “We are looking into challenging other state laws on the same grounds as we asserted in this case,” he said.
“Some good news from our Hoag v. Newsom case, which challenges the “medical misinformation” Bill (CA AB 2098), which we allege is unconstitutional.” Click here for the full Kheriaty report.
Let’s hope for the best, that this draconian law will be struck down! If it’s done in California, it will serve as a warning to other states and countries that people are waking up.

Remembering the horrors of authoritarian rule – during lockdowns
It’s important to remember the incredible overreach and horrors of the authoritarian rule that happened in so many countries around the world, on account of an illness — Covid-19 — which on last reckoning has a fatality rate similar to the flu. Yet many of the restrictions put in place have not been entirely lifted, though realisations are coming to the fore that the public is not going to so quickly forget them or put up with any ‘repeats’.
This short Australian Sky TV clip, dated October 10th, 2022, presents in dramatic form a brief recollection of the brutalities experienced in Victoria, Australia, but they were not unique to there.
The Psychology of Covid Vaccine Injuries

Australia has been rocked by demonstrations, with large numbers in November and December and on into the new year. Both the vaxxed and the non-vaxxed are rising up together, saying they have had enough of the tyrannical restrictions. The video directly below is of the Melbourne uprising on 20th Nov, where an estimated 400,000-500,000 people took part in protests, calling for an end to the tyrannical restrictions and the two-tier society that is being created of the vaxxed and the non-vaxxed. Such a large uprising is a first for Australia. May the momentum keep growing!
A cry of help from Australia
Australian seems to have gone the route of a tyranny — without realising it? Or? It’s truly a puzzle: how a ‘democracy’ can institute draconian rules and measures equivalent to dictatorships. We have all heard of the new draconian laws being put into place in Austria, creating a two tier society, with virtual lockdown for the unvaccinated and defined freedoms for the vaccinated in possession of valid vaccine passports. This sounds eerily like the 1930s, and many Austrians think so as well and are protesting! On November 20th, hundreds of thousands took to the streets in Vienna to protest the restrictions of freedom. The video that follows gives evidence for this!

Jabber-Wokee: Serial XR Disrupters Disrupted in Own Back Yard

Luckily (or not, depending on your predilection), a couple of wide-awake souls from the adjacent “Stroud Info-Hug” street stall (who had been handing out leaflets about the stupidity of giving every child in the country an experimental medical intervention against a (non-existent?) pandemic (that is not killing children), as serendipity would have it, had scribbled on a piece of cardboard: “They’ve had the jab!” They walked amongst the XR dead, and soon, throngs of local opportunistic amateur photographers and film-makers appeared at the scene of the XR panto.
Serial disruptors, XR, emphatically didn’t like being out-disrupted – in other words, they were apoplectic, and duly disappeared in a puff of non-carbon neutral smoke. (Rumours that they had spontaneously combusted may well be slightly exaggerated.) Perhaps this incident highlighted the real schism; the difference between being “awake” and being a “Woke!” One shopper was heard to mumble: “It could only happen in Stroud!”; and another appeared to be disabled by a fit of uncontrollable hysterical laughter.
Hmmmm. This novel new variant could be highly contagious!

Everyone at public events or places has to show their Pass Sanitaire. Note the many empty seats in the restaurants – hopefully this shows the Parisians are ‘voting with their feet’! Is this the scene we want for here in the UK? Is this democracy?

The Stop5G stall was first seen on the High Street in Stroud, Gloucestershire in February 2019, and the Vax Info Hub in November 2020. They will both be replaced by the Stroud Info Hub. This will be an information sharing hub on a number of current issues that have been sidelined by the mainstream media.
When Britain declared war on Germany, the BBC radio stations were ordered to do their bit in the defence of our country. The print media too, fell into line so that, quite rightly, the country united to defend itself against totalitarian tyranny. Daring to protest
It’s an odd thing, but considering the article above, it’s understandable: you get more news, presented in a fairer way, about the massive anti-lockdown protest in London on 24th April from news media in other countries than from the UK news media, which gave it scant over, and focused on just the negative. After all, it seems the mission of UK mainstream media to paint any differing views from the ‘accepted’ government propaganda as coming from loonies, or yobs, or right wing fanatics.
This video clip below is from Sky News Australia – it is entitled, The fight back against ‘lockdown lunacy’ has begun in London:
From from being extremist groups, eye-witnesses who took part described participants as being young and old and from all spectrums. There were even elderly with zimmer-frames and wheel-chairs. People who were there for the whole day described it being a peaceful protest, overwhelmingly so. But BBC and other media chose to report only on the ‘violence’: extremely isolated – and possibly perpetrated by others bent on a purpose… to try desperately to discredit the massive opposition that is building to the government measures. This happened in the Bristol demonstrations, where some inside sources found suspicious links to groups not related to the protesting movement, planted there to perpetrate a bad extremist image…
Oracle Films – the London protest
Oracle films has made an impressive short and inspiring film documenting the London 24 April protest, which you can access by clicking below. From aerial footage, it is obvious that the numbers were not simple thousands or even the 10,000 some accounts reported but rather a hundred thousand or more. One group gave a courageous estimate of one million. Look at the footage and make your own judgement. It was impressive. Click here.
Freedom of Information request to BBC on censorship of protest reports
Why doesn’t BBC report on protests by people who voice different views from the government? Or only show negative oriented pictures? The articles above touch on this, but a FOI request was also put in to the BBC, asking this question. The reply was to be expected, but nevertheless interesting. Here is an excerpt from the reply, dated 14 May 2021. We have highlighted the paragraph pertaining to their actual reply.

On 24 April 2021, 30,000 plus people took part in a protest in London relating to the Covid lockdowns. The event was not reported on any BBC news media. Who took the decision to not report the event and suppress what is happening in the UK? Was the decision taken by BBC news editors or was there a request from the British Government to not report the event.
If held, the information you requested is held for the purposes of ‘art, journalism or literature’. The Act provides that the BBC is not obliged to disclose this type of information and we will not be disclosing the information on this occasion.
