Some of you may be following the Missouri v. Biden court case in the USA. In it they have uncovered and presented in court significant evidence around the FBI and Federal Government involvement in pressuring — actually demanding — social media compliance in taking down suspicious accounts. This is often under the guise of “fighting back against foreign information warfare” — but looking at the actual details, it is far more sinister than that and a direct infringement on rights of freedom of speech. They (FBI and US Govt) also demand social media accounts be taken down if spreading “domestic disinformation”. And this has included topics such as anti-vaccine “propaganda” etc.
Aaron Kheriaty, MD runs a substack documenting the progress of the case, giving significant amounts of information surrounding the plaintiffs evidence presented. It is astonishing!!

Be ready to fall off your chair — and weep for the challenges facing democracy! But also take heart that there are some fighting the government censorship, and the hope that there are still some sane judges within the justice system who have the sense for what democracy is.
