After five years of legal process, Dr Malcolm Kendrick has finally been vindicated in his case against the Mail on Sunday.
In 2019 the paper published a vicious and slanderous attack on him for his claims about statins and heart illnesses, .
The Mail on Sunday have openly admitted to lies and have agreed to pay damages and costs. In this link Dr Kendrick gives a brief account (click on the box below):
Dr Kendrick has published several books about the lies of the medical establishment around cholesterol, statins, and heart disease (these are given on the link above). Not just the Mail but also the medical establishment fought him, viciously, threatening his career and reputation. We can gain hope through the courage of such people whose main instrument for fighting back was the truth — and a lot of determination and courage.

It is spellbinding, the tales of corruption in the research field for food, health and medicine. Funders with obvious conflicts of interest hidden behind smokescreens in prestigious organisations, such as Oxford University. You will be shaking your head in almost disbelief that the science ‘industry’ has come to this, but it’s here in black and white. Enjoy the read!
But actually, it’s not new. For example, up until the late 2010’s the Big Pharma industry was the most fined for corruption and lies, with a very low trust rating. Governments and mainstream media did wonders in their make-up job during the Covid years, painting them as angels and saviours. As it turns out, nothing has changed in reality. It’s only gotten worse.
